What is a therapy session?

It is an individual and collective space for emotional support and reflection that seeks to help, through the teaching of tools, to manage difficulties related to psychological well-being. Therapy focuses on improving mental and emotional health by providing tools and strategies for dealing with internal conflicts, mental and emotional discomfort, and interpersonal relationships, among others.
In therapy, nomadic or expatriate people feel they are in a safe and confidential environment where they can understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which gives way to the process of self-discovery and personal growth. Sessions can be particularly valuable in times of crisis or complex situations that affect emotional stability.
Therapy usually provides a holistic approach, enabling the person to understand themselves better, improve their quality of life, achieve a state of emotional balance and use various techniques to cope with the challenges they face in a healthier way.
