I am a psychologist and Spanish tutor. I consider myself a citizen of the world.

I am finishing my doctoral thesis on foreigners' mental health and my interest is in self-improvement and psychoeducation.

I also consider myself a polymath, empathetic and committed to personal and social improvement.

My work seeks not only to understand the migration process but also to provide personal, social and academic tools to people who live or plan to live in another country.

I have visited 50 countries and lived in Austria, Chile, Spain, Guatemala, Holland and India, which has allowed me to meet unique people, cultures and ways of life.

This journey has given me a global vision, a greater understanding of different realities and a deep appreciation for human diversity.
